Motorola announces product cancellations for the R1225 series repeaters GR1225, GR500 X-Pand, and RKR1225. The last available order date for these products is 2/10/08. Current alternatives are the CDR500 and CDR700 Professional Series repeaters and the new MOTOTRBO™ Professional Digital repeaters.

December 2007:
New PM1200 Low Band Mobile - Motorola is proud to introduce a new High Power Low Band Mobile. There are two models for the 29.7 - 37 MHz and 37 - 50 MHz bands.
September 2007:
Motorola announces a price increase on all Professional Series mobile and portable radios. Price increase of approximately 5% goes into effect 9/26/2007.
Effective September 17, 2007 the FCC will be increasing their Part 90 application fees.
- New & renewal applications below 470 MHZ:
$210.00 filing fee
- New & renewal applications 470-512 MHz: $410.00 filing fee
- New & renewal applications 800/900 MHz:
$410.00 filing fee
- Governmental Entities are exempt from all FCC fees.
